Designed in harmony with Vastu principles, this 2500 sft office space seamlessly blends functionality with elegance, offering an inspiring environment that balances energy, aesthetics, and efficiency. With panoramic sea views forming a natural backdrop, the design strategically positions the MD’s cabin, conference room, and select workstations to have the stunning views , bringing in abundant natural light and a sense of openness throughout the day.
Custom-built on site, each workstation and table has been crafted with attention to detail and purpose. The MD’s cabin, manager cabins, and conference room feature sophisticated marble-top tables, adding a layer of refined luxury to the workspace. The MD’s private office is further elevated by a curated artwork that adds personality and depth to the space.
The MD’s bathroom is a retreat in itself — a luxurious blend of marble-clad walls and floors, enhanced with elegant inlay detailing, designed to offer both comfort and indulgence.
One of the standout design elements in the space is a sculptural light fixture by Kenneth Cobonpue, which takes center stage in the lounge area. This piece serves as both a functional light source and a work of art, tying the space together with its organic form and bold presence.
At the reception, a sleek counter finished in microtopping sets the tone for the office — minimal yet impactful. The overall grey palette of the interiors is thoughtfully contrasted with terracotta-hued light fixtures, injecting warmth and vibrancy into the otherwise neutral scheme.
This project is a testament to our belief that workplace design should not only serve its practical purpose but also uplift, inspire, and reflect the ethos of those who occupy it.
